Once your order is ready, we pack it securely using our proven, ultra-durable packaging to make sure your prints reach you in pristine condition. After packing, we generate the shipping label and send you a shipping confirmation email to the address you provided. This email will include a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress in real time. It's important to note that the tracking information might take up to 24 hours to update accurately in the system. When the courier scans the package for pick-up, the estimated delivery date provided will update. Our shipments are primarily handled by FedEx, Purolator, and Canpar, with smaller items often sent through Canada Post.

Our packages are sent with authorized release, meaning they don't need a signature for delivery. This is convenient if you're not home during the day or unable to receive the package personally. Depending on their judgment of the situation's safety, the delivery driver may leave the package at your door. All packages are insured, offering you peace of mind. In the unlikely event of a problem, we're here to help resolve it. It's worth mentioning that less than 1% of our shipments encounter any issues with shipping or delivery.
