For orders containing multiple items that are too large to fit in a single package, we may ship your items in separate parcels. When this happens, the tracking number provided will be connected to the tracking information for the additional package(s).

To monitor the progress of your shipment and track any outstanding items, we recommend using the tracking number on the courier's website to view all components of your shipment.
