We primarily dispatch our packages through courier services. Due to this, our couriers lack access to national postal networks, making it impossible to deliver directly to most PO boxes.

An exception exists for deliveries to remote or rural locations. In areas not serviced by our courier routes, we hand over packages to a local delivery agent who completes the delivery. Typically, this local agent is Canada Post, which can deliver to rural PO boxes. When checking out, we recommend providing both your physical address and your PO Box number to ensure seamless delivery coverage.
