Images exceeding 100MB in size or 100MP in resolution cannot be accepted due to our strict upload limits. The megabyte (MB) constraint pertains to the file's size, while the megapixel (MP) restriction applies to the image's resolution.

To facilitate successful uploads, we suggest converting images to the JPEG format, which typically results in a file size under 100MB, making it a more practical option.

For images challenging the megapixel limit, reducing the resolution is necessary. This adjustment should not compromise the image's print quality. Based on our experience, a resolution exceeding 150DPI at the intended print size generally yields a sharp, clear print under normal viewing conditions for most images.
